About Me
Lacamas Wellness was created out of a desire to provide everyone with the tools needed to achieve good health. I use a fusion of nursing experience and holistic health approaches.
I have been a Registered Nurse since 2004 and a mother since 2008. My nursing career has included Skilled Nursing, Medical/Surgical, Intensive Care and Home Health Care. I enjoy supporting my kids in their interests and currently am a member of our local Special Education PTSO and Peace NW parent advisory council member. I bring a variety of life experiences and healthcare expertise to all my coaching sessions. I am passionate about supporting clients on their own wellness journeys by using evidence base coaching, mindfulness, nutrition and exercise methods.
